Harish serves as the Head of Supply Chain Management at Hyper, where he oversees the complete supply chain ecosystem — from procurement and logistics to inventory management and vendor partnerships. Bringing over 14 years of experience in supply chain and operations management, Harish has a deep understanding of end-to-end logistics, demand forecasting, and supplier relationship management. At Hyper, he leads the design and implementation of agile supply chain strategies that align with the company's rapid growth and evolving market needs.
Narendra Bhardwaj is an Electrical Engineer and Solar PV specialist with over 15 years of experience in Business Development and strategy planning of Industrial, commercial and utility scale Solar PV projects. Narendra has installed more than 100MW of Solar PV projects in India successfully. His experience is also enriched by performance improvement and technical due diligence of existing Solar PV plants. Narendra is leading the Business Development and Investor Relations functions in HGRE and also actively involved in design and Engineering initiatives.
As Head of Human Resources, People & Administration at Hyper, Vishal plays a central role in shaping the company’s people-first culture and organizational effectiveness. With a strong commitment to employee engagement, talent development, and operational excellence, he oversees the full spectrum of HR functions—including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), and compliance.
Vishal brings over 8 years of experience in human resource management, talent acquisition, employee relations, policy development, and organizational planning. At Hyper, he is responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, developing people-centric policies, and aligning workforce planning with the company’s long-term goals.
Md. Aslam is the Head of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) at Hyper, bringing over 9 years of experience in industrial safety, environmental compliance, and occupational health management. A certified NEBOSH (IGC)professional with advanced training in ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), he leads Hyper’s mission to uphold the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
With a keen eye for detail and a proactive, prevention-based approach, he collaborates closely with project heads, compliance teams, and external agencies to ensure seamless integration of HSE protocols across all sites and business functions ensuring that Hyper’s work environment remains safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible and environmentally responsible and promote a safety-first mindset across all projects and facilities.
